If you have constructed homemade dipole antennas for amateur radio, you are probably aware of the current and voltage distribution at the antenna, always showing caution regarding the high voltage found at the antenna ends. But what about those magnetic loop antennas that have become so popular lately? So many of us have limitations on antenna size and placement, that these type of antennas have become a practical alternative.
Here is an excellent video from Jeri Ellsworth, AI6TK, both describing and showing visible evidence of the distribution on a magnetic loop antenna.
